GET INVOLVED
Help us build this.
We are pre-launch. The people, partners, and funders who join us now shape what The Transcend Project becomes.
STAY CONNECTED
Join our launch list.
Be the first to know when doors open, when we launch programs, and when there are ways to help.
We send updates rarely — only when there's something real to share. No marketing noise.
VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are the heartbeat of our mission.
Our volunteers are not just helpers — they are essential partners who make our sliding fee model, vocational program, and daily operations possible.

Mission Ambassador
Volunteers are the visible face of The Transcend Project in the Fort Collins community — sharing our story and expanding our reach.
Flexible Commitment
Every volunteer has a clear role description and receives orientation before their first shift. We work around your schedule.
Tangible Difference
Your time directly translates to patient visits funded, vocational training hours delivered, and barriers to care removed.
CSU students, faith communities, local businesses, and anyone passionate about disability inclusion — we'd love to hear from you.
COMMUNITY & ORGANIZATIONAL PARTNERS
Partner with us.
Foundations, healthcare systems, community organizations, and city agencies — if your mission aligns with ours, let's talk.
We are actively building formal partnerships with agencies, community health organizations, and advocacy groups across Northern Colorado. We already operate in partnership with Colorado's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the City of Fort Collins ARO program.
