What this policy covers

This policy explains how The Transcend Project handles information collected through thetranscendproject.org. It does not cover information collected in a clinical setting, which is governed separately under HIPAA once our clinical services open.

Information you give us

• Your name and email address, if you join our launch list.
• Your name, email, and message, if you contact us through a form on this site.
• Donation information, if you give — processed by our donation platform, not stored by us.

Please do not send medical details, diagnoses, or other health information through this website. If you have a clinical question, contact us and we will arrange a secure way to talk.

Information collected automatically

Donations

Donations are processed by Zeffy. When you give, your payment details go directly to Zeffy and its payment processor — we never see or store your card number. Zeffy handles that data under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To send occasional updates, only if you asked for them.
• To acknowledge and record donations, and meet our reporting obligations as a nonprofit.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your choices

Every update email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through it.
