No provider relationship

Using this site, joining our launch list, or sending us a message does not create a clinician-patient relationship. That begins only when you are formally accepted as a patient and complete intake with our clinical team.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not use this website to report an urgent medical need.

Pre-launch information

We are building this organization. Program details, fees, timelines, insurance participation, and partnerships described on this site are our current plans and may change as we open.

Donations

The Transcend Project is a Colorado nonprofit corporation and a recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law and are generally non-refundable; contact us promptly if a gift was made in error. We are not able to give tax advice.
