Occupational Therapy
Rebuilding independence in daily living, from self-care routines to community reintegration and vocational readiness.
Speech-Language Pathology
Helping individuals regain the ability to communicate, swallow safely, and engage meaningfully with the world around them.
Mental Health
Outpatient therapy and counseling — addressing the emotional and psychological dimensions of disability and recovery.
Adaptive Fitness
Empowering athletes and individuals of all abilities through personalized training, wellness coaching, and preparation for recreational or competitive sports.
CLINICAL
Specialized Rehabilitation
Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology for people with complex neurological conditions and physical disabilities. Our clinicians hold advanced certifications in neurologic clinical specialty care — you will receive the depth of attention your condition requires.

ADAPTIVE FITNESS
Adaptive Fitness Program
Inclusive fitness programming for people with disabilities and adaptive athletes at every level. Whether you are working toward a competitive goal or simply want to move with more confidence and independence, our adaptive fitness program meets you exactly where you are.

- Group and 1:1 training sessions
- Adaptive equipment for every ability level
- Para-athlete and recreational pathways
- Coordinated with the clinical team for continuity of care
WELLNESS
Wellness & Mental Health
Neurological conditions affect more than the body. Integrated wellness services address the full spectrum of health — because real recovery requires attending to mind and spirit alongside physical rehabilitation.

VOCATIONAL
Mission Café Program
An inclusive, DVR-partnered vocational rehabilitation café operated as a Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) in formal partnership with Colorado's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Every purchase directly supports our mission — and every staff member is building a career.
WHAT THIS INCLUDES
- Formal CRP partnership with Colorado DVR
- Paid, skill-building work experience for people with disabilities
- The only program of its kind in northern Colorado
- Community café open to the public
- Every purchase funds the mission
PHASE 1 · LAUNCH YEAR
Clinical, Fitness & Wellness.
Our opening programs — specialized rehabilitation, adaptive fitness, and integrated wellness — launch together in Year 1 as soon as our facility and clinical team are in place.
PHASE 2 · YEAR TWO
Full Café opens.
The Mission Café expands to full operation in Year 2, preceded by a lobby coffee station pilot in Phase 1. The café is the only DVR Community Rehabilitation Program of its kind in northern Colorado.
